调平康治疗Ⅰ─Ⅱ期高血压病作用机理探讨

摘    要:采用单盲、随机对照试验,将59例主要为肝肾阴虚兼阳亢证的Ⅰ─Ⅱ期高血压病患者分为中药组、西药组、中西药组,分别给予调平康、心痛定及两药合用进行治疗。同时观察治疗前后上述病人及20例正常对照者血液的循环内皮细胞计数、过氧化脂质、前列环素和超氧化物歧化酶值。结果表明:高血压病患者存在脂质过氧化反应增强和血管内皮细胞结构和功能的损伤。而调平康能降低过氧化脂质值和循环内皮细胞计数值,同时升高前列环素值和超氧化物歧化酶活性。提示:增强机体抗氧化能力、抑制脂质过氧化反应、减轻血管内皮细胞损伤,可能是滋补肝肾之调平康治疗高血压病的重要机制之一。

Abstract:In this study,herbal preparation Tiao Ping Kang(TPK)was applied for the treatmentof1- 2 phase essential hypertension(EH)and compared with conventional hypotensornifedipine(N).The levels of circulating endotheliocyte( CEC),lipiperoxide(LPO),prostacyclin(PGI_2)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were observed in the patients with EHbefore and after one-month treatment, and those of 20 healthy persons were alsodetermined. Fifty-nine cases of EH were allocated randomly to three groups,i.e. TPKgroup,N group and TPK with N group, and the total effective rate was 84.2%, 80% and100 %, respectively. The laboratory studies showed that the levels of CEC and LPO werehigher while those of PGI_2 and SOD were lower in the patients with EH than those inhealthy persons. By nourishing liver-yin and kidney-yin and regulating the balance be-tween yin and yang, TPK can decrease the levels of LPO and CEC and reduce the damage ofVEC, which may be one of therapeutic mechanism for the treatment of EH.
