| 摘 要： | 目的:建立迭鞘石斛的质量标准。方法:采用《中国药典》一部附录方法,测定杂质、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、重金属、砷盐、浸出物,建立薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:杂质不得过2.0%,水分不得过12.0%,总灰分不得过4.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过0.4%,重金属不得过10ppm,砷盐不得过2ppm,浸出物不得少于10.0%。薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,重现性好。结论:能有效评价迭鞘石斛的质量。
