目的 探讨臂丛神经合并血管损伤的诊断，显微外科治疗及临床效果。方法 针对不同损伤部位，采取臂丛神经血管探查，进行神经修复，移植及血管修补和自体静脉及人工血管移植同时修复神经损伤及血管损伤。结果 本组７例，经上述方法处理后患肢血液循环良好，经１年以上随访，部分病例恢复神经功能，优良率为５７．１％。结论明确臂丛神经合并血管损伤的诊断，采用有效的

Microsurgical treatment of brachial plexus injury with vascular trauma

Objective To probe the clinical diagnosis and microsurgical treatment of brachial plexus injury with vascular trauma Methods Depending on the region of complex nerve and vessel injury, direct neurorrhaphy, nerve graft, and autovein or PTFE vascular prosthesis were used for repair and reconstruction Result Seven cases were treated by these methods, vascular reconstruction was successful in all cases The follow up more than one year later showed a recovery rate of 57 1% for nerve function Conclusions Precise clinical diagnosis of brachial plexus injuries in subclavian and axillary vascular trauma and effective methods for repair or reconstruction should be able to avoid necrosis of upper extremity and recover partial function of the nerves
