小腿下段及足部动脉与其吻合网结构的应用解剖和临床意义

摘    要:目的 为带血管组织瓣转位修复重建踝足部组织缺损的手术设计提供应用解剖学依据。方法 通过36例成人下肢标本的系统解剖,观察三大主干动脉在踝足部各终末支及其吻合网的外径长度走向及吻合情况。结果 三大主干动脉及其各终末支交通支和吻合网的结构特点在踝足部的修复重建中均各有其重要的作用。结论可按动脉结构分布将踝足部分为4个区域,并按此进行手术设计,提高手术的灵活性及成功率。

Abstract:Objectives Anatomy of arterial structure is the key to pedicled flap(especially flap with non main artery)and provide anatomical basis on designing the falp Methods Arterial perfusion in 36 adult cadaveric lower extremities have demonstrated structure of the three main arteries arterior, posterior tibial and peroneal artery in lower leg and foot Results The three main ateries served as the blood supply to the lower leg and foot with the communicating branches and anastomosis net play important action on reconstruction the lower leg and foot Conclusions By means of regional divided of blood supply of lower leg and foot divided the foot into four region lateral malleolus region,anterior malleolus and dorsum region,posterior malleolus and calcaneas region,plantar region,a pedicled tissue flap whose designing was based on an anatomically identifiable artery of different region
