| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解家长对小儿咳嗽的认知和处理方法。方法 :(1)用自行设计的问卷进行调查 ;(2 )组织对小儿咳嗽认知和处理的座谈会。结果 :2 0 %的家长认为小儿咳嗽没有什么大碍 ;6 0 %的家长认为应提高警惕 ;30 %的家长非常紧张。其中 75 %的家长会带孩子看医生 ,了解咳嗽的原因 ,15 %的家长自行到药店买止咳药让小儿服用 ,5 %的家长不大注意。两次座谈会的结果表明 ,6 0 %的家长缺乏防治小儿咳嗽的知识 ,70 %的家长不知处理小儿咳嗽的方法 ,4 0 %的家长不知咳嗽会有后遗症。结论 :宣传科学的用药知识 ,培养家长护理患儿的能力

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand parents' knowledge about their children's coughing and related treatment.Method:Investigation had been made through self made questionaire and symposium.Result:20% parents hadn't pay any attention to children's coughing,60% had pay enough attention to it,30% show very nervous about it,75% had seen doctors,15% had their children taken drugs for it,60% show deficiency about coughing knowledge,70% didn't know how to cope with,40% know nothing about its sequella.Conclusion:We should strengthen health education about scientific medication,train parents for nursing their children. |
