肥厚型心肌病发病年龄与心肌肥厚的探讨

目的 探讨肥厚型心肌病（HCM）的发病年龄及其与心肌肥厚程度之间的关系。方法 收集24年来收治的42例HCM病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 HCM发病的平均年龄为62．1岁，50岁以上病例超过83％，且舒张期末室间隔厚度（IVST）、IVST／左室后壁厚度均明显小于50岁以下者。结论 近年来HCM发病年龄呈现老龄化趋势，随年龄增长心肌肥厚程度反而减轻，两者呈负相关。

Discussion on the Age of Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and its Relation to the Degree of Myocardial Hypertrophy

Objective To discuss the age of patients with hypertriphic cardiomyopathy and its relation to the degree of myocardial hypertrophy.Methods 42 clinical cases of HCM in the past 24 years were collected for performing a retrospective analysis.Results The average age of HCM patients was 62..1 years old. More than 83% cases were over 50 years old and their interventricular septal thickness (IVST) in diastolic end phase and the ratio of IVST to the posterior wall thickness (PVVT) of left ventricule were all smaller than that of the cases of less than 50 years old.Conclusion In recent years, the age of HCM patient shows a tendency of increasing, but the degree of myocardial hypertrophy on the contrary is decreasing as age rises.
