| 摘 要： | 慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者病情迁延不愈,易产生心理障碍,影响因素除疾病本身外,还有社会、经济,以及个人性格等。心理障碍对CHB患者预后产生不良的影响,通过适当的药物治疗和心理干预,可明显得到改善。此文着重讨论了CHB患者心理障碍的表现,对预后的影响及药物治疗与心理干预方面的研究。
