| 摘 要： | 利用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠心肌缺血模型，观察黄芪对红细胞、心肌钙及脂质过氧化物的影响，发现黄芪能减轻由于缺血引起的心肌细胞、心肌组织和红细胞内的钙积聚，并能保护红细胞膜钙泵功能；能增加心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶的活力，减少氧自由基损伤。提示黄芪可减轻缺血心肌细胞内钙超载，达到保护心肌的作用。

| Abstract: | PURPOSE To study the effects of Astragalus membranaceus (AM) on calcium and lipid peroxides (LPO)in myocardium of ischemic rat.METHODS The concentrations of free calcium in erythrocyte and myocyte were measured by Fura - 2/AM. The contents of total calcium in Caldiac tissue were determined by atomic absorption spectrophtomety.LPO were assayed by thiobarbituric acid reation.RESULTS Accumulation of calcium was found in erythrocyte, myocyte and cardiac tissue in ischemic rat,but it could be relieved by AM. The activities of calcium pump of erythrocyte membrane and the activities ofSOD in cardiac tissue could be increased by AM, meanwhile the production of LPO could be decreased after AMtreadment.CONCLUSIONS AM could relieved calcium overload in ischemic rat's myocyte. |
