精索静脉曲张持续时间对精索内静脉结扎术效果的影响

目的:利用大鼠制作相关的动物模型来研究精索静脉曲张(VC)持续时间对精索内静脉结扎术(VT)效果的影响。方法:将制作成左侧VC模型的SD大鼠分别于6,12,18周,行VT。于VT 8周后摘取各组大鼠左侧睾丸,检测其Johnsen’s评分、生精小管的超微结构、睾丸组织的睾酮浓度(ITC)和生精细胞的凋亡指数(AI)。结果:VC持续6周和12周后治疗组各项指标与其对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。VC持续18周后治疗组Johns-en’s评分显著低于其对照组(P<0.05),AI显著高于对照组(P<0.05),ITC无显著性差异(P>0.05),生精小管的超微结构明显异常。结论:长期VC将导致同侧睾丸生精功能不可逆性损害。

Effects of Duration of Varicocele on the Outcome of Varicocelectomy

Objective:To investigate the effects of duration of varicocele(VC) on the outcome of varicocelectomy(VT) in rat.Methods:The experimental left VC rats underwent VT after 6,12 and 18 weeks of partial ligation of the left renal vein.Eight weeks latter,the left testes were harvested for detection of Johsen's score,ultrastructure of seminiferous tubules,intratesticular testosterone concentration(ITC) and germ cell apoptotic index(AI).Results:There was no significant difference of each parameter in VC6 VT and VC12 VT groups compared with that in control groups(P>0.05).Compared with that in the control group,Johnsen's score in VC18 VT group was significantly lower(P<0.05),AI was significantly higher (P<0.05),but ITC showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Ultrastructural abnormalities of seminiferous tubules were observed in VC18 VT group.Conclusion:Long-time VC resulted in irreversible dyszoospermia of the ipsilateral testis.
