改进浅静脉留置针固定方法的效果比较

目的优化浅静脉留置针的固定方法。方法将280例使用浅静脉留置针的病人随机分为对照组和观察组各140例,观察组采用四贴固定法,将肝素帽固定于透明敷贴上缘近端皮肤上,对照组采用常规方法固定,将肝素帽固定于透明敷贴上。结果观察组透明敷贴使用时间显著长于对照组（P〈0.01）,留置针脱出、渗漏肿胀发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论采用四贴固定法,将肝素帽固定于透明敷贴上缘近端皮肤上,可延长透明敷贴使用时间,减少留置针的脱出和局部渗漏肿胀,延长留置针的保留时间。

Improvement of superficial venous catheter fixation

Objective To optimize the fixed way of indwelling needles in superficial veins.Methods 280 cases of superficial venous catheter user were randomly divided into control group（140 cases） and observation group（140 cases）.Observation group were fixed with four pastes method and the heparin cap was fixed on the skin close to the proximal of transparent paste.The control group were treated with conventional methods of paste and the heparin cap fixed on the transparent paste.Results In observation group,the time of using transparent paste was significantly longer than that of the control group.The catheter extrusion,leakage swelling in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group.Conclusion Four pastes fixed method with the heparin cap fixed on the skin closed to the proximal of transparent paste can prolong the use of transparent paste time,reduce catheter of prolapse and partial leakage of swelling and extend indwelling needle retention time.
