| 摘 要： | 目的观察低分子肝素联合复方丹参注射液治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法将61例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予常规内科治疗，治疗组加用低分子肝素钙皮下注射和复方丹参注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗组总有效率为83．9％，对照组总有效率为70．0％，治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论低分子肝素联合复方丹参注射液治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效显著，具有良好的肾保护功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Low-molecular-weight heparin joint Compound Dansh- en injection on treatment of Henoeh-Sehonlein purpuranephritis. Methods 61 Henoch-Sehonlein purpuranephritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated using, conventional treatment. The treatment group were intravenous injected of Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Compound Danshen injection at the same time. To observe the two groups＇ clinical treatment. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group respectively were 83.9% and 70. 0% ;The difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of Low-molecular-weight heparin joint Compound Danshen injection on treatment of Henoch-Sehonlein purpurancphritis is remarkable ; they have good renal protection. |
