| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸（HCY）与高血压病、高血压病合并冠心病及脑卒中病人水平的相关性变化。方法非高血压病组45例作为对照组,单纯高血压病组46例,高血压病合并冠心病或脑卒中组44例,分别对同型半胱氨酸进行测定,并比较HCY与各组间关系。结果单纯高血压病组与非高血压病组比较,同型半胱氨酸明显增高（P〈0.001）;高血压病合并冠心病或脑卒中组与非高血压病比较,同型半胱氨酸明显增高（P〈0.001）。结论单纯高血压病及高血压病合并冠心病或脑卒中病人,HCY明显增加。
