| 摘 要： | 目的评价肺结核治疗方案中加用复方甘草酸苷（美能：SNMC）的临床增效作用。方法 144例肺结核患者采用随机、双盲、平行对照试验,分别在肺结核治疗方案中的强化期试验组加用SNMC,对照组给予安慰剂,用药后的第0、1、2、6个月观察临床症状评分,1、2、6个月观察胸部平片吸收情况。结果临床症状评分用药后第0、6月试验组和对照组无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,而用药后第1、2月试验组优于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;胸部平片吸收情况用药后第1月试验组和对照组无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,而用药后第2、6月试验组优于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论肺结核治疗方案中加用SNMC可以加快临床症状缓解,促进肺部病灶吸收,提高临床疗效,可在临床推广应用。
