| 摘 要： | 目的观察金铃子汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效及应用价值。方法将62例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,治疗组采用自拟金铃子汤加味治疗,对照组采用舒肝片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的主要症状变化和胃镜检查结果。结果治疗组显效率71.88%,总有效率87.50%;对照组显效率70.00%,总有效率86.67%,两组治疗前后症状比较和胃镜检查结果比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论金铃子汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎与舒肝片疗效相当,是有效方剂,值得深入研究。
