| 摘 要： | 目的观察单纯慢性丙型肝炎与合并脂肪肝的丙肝患者之间病毒载量、瘦素、胰岛素抵抗的差异。方法通过B超筛选慢性丙肝合并脂肪肝患者37例,并与非脂肪变丙肝患者34例比较,观察两组患者病毒载量、肝功能、瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数差异。结果合并脂肪变的慢性丙型肝炎患者HCV-RNA载量较非脂肪变组明显升高,瘦素水平及胰岛素抵抗较高,HCV-RNA载量与瘦素水平及胰岛素抵抗呈正相关关系,与ALT水平无相关性。结论合并脂肪变的慢性丙型肝炎患者病毒载量与瘦素水平升高及胰岛素抵抗相关。
