褶合光谱法考察环丙沙星与常用注射液的配伍稳定性

摘    要:目的考察室温下8h内环丙沙星与7种常用注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用褶合光谱法,结合外观和pH值检查法,并以差谱值予以定量表达。结果在8h内环丙沙星和乳酸钠注射液配伍外观有变,其余配伍溶液外观均无变;pH值较稳定;用褶合光谱法考察结果:环丙沙星与六种常用输液配伍差谱值均<10%,与乳酸钠注射液配伍2~8h的差谱值分别为1.57%,31.76%,26.46%,22.85%。结论室温8h内,除环丙沙星与乳酸钠注射液配伍不稳定外;与其他六种常用输液是配伍均较稳定,因此,褶合光谱法为药物稳定性研究提供了一个新的手段。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the chemical stability of seven common injections mixed with Ciprofloxacin at room temperature for 8 hours.METHODS Combine with appearance and test pH value by convolution spectrometry,the results were described quantitatively by subtract spectrum value.RESULTS The subtract spectra values of Ciprofloxacin mixed with six Infusions were less than 10%.The subtract spectra values of Ciprofloxacin mixed with Sodium Lactate Injection were 1.57%,31.76%,26.46%,22.85% in 2~8hours,respectively.CONCLUSION At room temperature for 8 hours Ciprofloxacin mixed with six Infusions can be used and Ciprofloxacin mixed with Sodium Lactate Injection can't be used.The convolution spectrometry provides a new means for the research of the stability of drugs.
