| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨从黄柏中提取黄连素的最佳工艺。方法 分别采用酸醇法 (酸醇原法、酸醇改进Ⅰ法和酸醇改进Ⅱ法 )、碱提取法、醇提取法等提取黄柏中黄连素。结果 酸醇原法、酸醇改进Ⅰ法、酸醇改进Ⅱ法、碱提取法、醇提取法的提取率分别为 0 .91 %、0 .94 %、1 .0 2 %、0 .86 %、0 .89%。结论 在黄柏中提取黄连素 ,应用酸醇改进Ⅰ法与酸醇改进Ⅱ法的提取率均高于酸醇原法、碱提取法和醇提取法

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best technique for Berberine extraction in Cortex Phellodendri.Methods A few methods such as acid alcohol method(the original acid alcohol method,improved acid alcohol method I and improved acid alcohol method II),alkali extraction method and alcohol extraction method were used in extraction of Berberine in Cortex Phellodendri.Results The extraction rates for the original acid alcohol method,improved acid alcohol method I,improved acid alcohol method II,alkali extraction method and alcohol extraction method were respectively 0.91 %, 0.94 % ,1.02 %,0.86 % and 0.89 %.Conclusion The extraction rates for improved acid alcohol method I and improved acid alcohol method II were higher than those of the original acid alcohol method,alkali extraction method and alcohol extraction method in extraction of Berberine in Cortex Phellodendri. |
