| 摘 要： | 目的观察烧伤膜治疗Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效。方法将134例Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例用烧伤膜外涂治疗;对照组66例用磺胺嘧啶银悬混液外涂治疗,比较两组在减少创面渗出、促进创面愈合、预防创面感染方面的疗效。结果治疗组在减少创面渗液及促进创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.01);抗感染方面两组作用相似。结论烧伤膜用于Ⅱ度烧伤能有效减少早期创面渗出及创面感染,并能疏通患部微循环,促进创面愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Chuangmian Ling (CL) for Ⅱ°bum. Methods 134 cases of Ⅱ°bum were allocated to 2 group randomly. Treatment group (68 cases) treated with Shaosheng Mo; control group (66 cases) with SD-Ag, The reduction of exudation from wound surface, healing of wound surface and the prevention of infection were compared between 2 groups. Results The reduction of exudation from wound surface and the time of healing in treatment group are superior than that of control group (P<0.01); while the anti-infective effect is similar in 2 groups. Conclusion CL for Ⅱ° bum can reduce the exudation and infection of wound surface, and promote local microcirculation and the healing of wound surface. |
