施他宁与硝酸甘油联合治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血

目的 观察施他宁联合硝酸甘油治疗肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血(EVH)的疗效。方法 将64例患者随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(31例),治疗组静脉给施他宁和硝酸甘油,对照组给垂体后叶素和硝酸甘油进行治疗,分别观察两组治疗效果、止血时间和再出血发生率。结果 治疗组总有效率、止血时间及再出血发生率均明显优于对照组,两组间比较具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 施他宁联合硝酸甘油治疗EVH具有良好临床效果,且无明显的不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Treatment of rupture and bleeding of esophageal varicosis(EVH) with combination of Somatostatin and nitroglycerin

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of Somatostatin and nitroglycerin in treatment of cirrhosis and EVS. Methods 64 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases) and the control group (31 cases) .Somatostatin and nitroglycerin were intravenously medicated in the treatment group while pituitrin and nitroglycerin were given in the control group, and then the therapeutic effect, hemostasis time and rate of secondary bleeding were respectively observed. Results hi the treatment group, the total effective rate .hemostasis time and rate of secondary bleeding were all better than those of the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05) .Conclusion The combination Somatostatin and nitroglycerin has a good clinical effect on EVH with no adverse reaction, thus is worth promotion in clinic.
