Abstract: | Dynamic image and pulsed Doppler ultrasonography were used to evaluate 104 potentially growth-retarded fetuses. The two techniques were compared, and then used together to predict whether or not the neonate would be growth retarded. Both ultrasonic diagnostic techniques showed good correlation with neonatal outcome, but their combined use improved diagnostic accuracy. |
