| 摘 要： | 对４３５例冰冻切片病理诊断进行了回顾性分析。其中肿瘤２５７例，占总例数的５９．０８％，非肿瘤性病变１７８例，占总例数的４０．９２％。肿瘤中良性肿瘤１７５例，占总例数的４０．２３％，恶性肿瘤８２例，占总例数的１８．８５％，４３５例冰冻切片病理诊断中确诊（包括基本符合）４２２例，确诊为９７．０１％，误诊８例，误诊率为１．８４％。作者认为，冰冻切片病理诊断在手术过程中对肿瘤的性质，转移情况等能做出迅速、

| Abstract: | cases of frozen section diagnosis were retrospectively studied this paper Tumour and non-tumour lesion are 257 cases (59.03%) and 178 cases (40.92%) respectively.Benign and malignant tumour are 175 cases (40.23%) and 82 cases (18.85%) respectively in tumour lesion.The accuracy of frozen section diagnosis in 435 cases is 97.01% (422 cases).The results suggest that quality and metastasis of tumour could been decided by this method,thus it also decides the choice of intraoperative methods.Through analysis,the authors raise some ideas to enhance accuracy. |
