| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨听神经病的发病部位。方法 :总结 12例听神经病患者的病史、纯音及言语听力、镫骨肌反射、听性脑干反应 (auditorybrainstemresponse ,ABR)、耳蜗电图、耳声发射及对侧声抑制试验的特点。结果 :12例的耳蜗电图 -SP均消失。结论 :听神经病的发病部位在耳蜗的内毛细胞。
