呼吸衰竭病人使用无创呼吸机依从性影响因素调查

[目的]了解呼吸衰竭病人使用无创呼吸机依从性情况及影响因素。[方法]采用问卷调查法对使用无创呼吸机的病人进行一对一的调查。[结果]不同使用次数、年龄、文化程度病人的依从性比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;医护人员操作技术熟练程度、解释到位程度、病人对医护人员操作技术信任度、病人自身因素、病人对仪器的担心常影响病人的依从性。[结论]应针对呼吸衰竭病人使用无创呼吸机的影响因素,采取针对性护理干预措施,提高治疗效果。

A survey of factors of influencing the compliance of respiratory failure patients applying noninvasive ventilator

Objective： To know the compliance and its influencing factors of respiratory failure patients applying noninvasive ventilator. Method.. By adopting questionnaire investigation method, patients of applying noninvasive ventilator were investigated one to one. Results： There were statistical significances in terms of compliance among patients of different applying times, different ages, and with different education backgrounds （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Some factors influenced the compliance of patients including the familiarity of manipulation and skills of medical and nursing staffs, targeting explanation of medical staffs, the trust level of patients toward skills and manipulation of medical and nursing staffs, factors of patient himself, and patient＇s worrying about instrument. Conclusion： One should take some corresponding nursing intervention measures based on influencing factors of patients applying noninvasive ventilator, so as to enhance the treatment effectiveness for these cases.
