松凝分筋手法为主结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床研究

目的:通过中西医结合的临床对比观察研究,进一步证实松凝分筋手法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择96例膝关节骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组以松凝分筋手法治疗为主,对照组单纯用玻璃酸钠行膝关节腔注射,疗程5周,并观察疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力、屈曲畸形及稳定性等指标。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后各项指标均有明显的改善,治疗前后差异明显(p<0.01),其中治疗组对于疼痛、功能、活动度、屈曲畸形的改善明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:松凝分筋手法具有良好的缓解疼痛、改善膝关节功能的作用。

Clinical Research in Trea tmen t of the Osteoarthros is in Knee Jo in tby the Hand Skill of Loosening Congeala tion and Separation Tendon and odium hyaluronate injection

Objective:To further confirm the therapeutic effect of the hand skill of loosening congealation and separating tendon through clinical contrast research with combination therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:96 patients with ostearthritis in knee-joint were selected and randomlydivided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with he hand skill of loosening congealation and separating tendon while the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate injecting into cavity of knee-joint.The course of both groups were 5 weeks.And such indexes as pain,function,range of motion,muscle force,abnormity of inflection and stability etc.were observed.Results:Every index was improved in both groups after the treatment with a significant difference(P<0.01).While the improvement in pain,function,range of motion,abnormity of inflection in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This hand skill has a good effect for relieving pain and improving joint function.
