摘    要:医院中层干部是医院各项发展的骨干力量,构建一套完整、科学、规范的医院中层干部绩效管理体系,是医院提高核心竞争力和实现战略目标的先决条件。本文从医院中层干部绩效考核关键绩效指标的依据与来源、选择与细化、分值的确立与量化以及特殊原则等方面对医院中层干部绩效考核指标体系的构建做以阐述,旨在为国内医院中层干部绩效考核工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:Hospital middle-level cadre plays an important role in the hospital development. So constructing an integrity and scientific performance assessment index system is the prerequisite for promoting core competition and achieving hospital strategy. The article introduces how to construct hospital middle-level cadre' s performance assessment index system. The core process for construction index system is to set the principles and evidence for index screening, select and design secondary level index, score assigmnent and set special principle, etc. The index system can provide reference for middle-level cadre performance assessment.
