IL-6、IL-8水平与病毒性肝炎的关系

目的探讨IL-6、IL-8水平与病毒性肝炎的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测122例病毒性肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-8水平，并以30例健康体检者作为对照组。结果各型肝炎患者IL-6和IL-8水平均显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.01)，尤以重型肝炎最明显。IL-6和IL-8水平与血清胆红素含量变化趋势呈正相关。在急性肝炎的急性期、慢性肝炎的活动期、重型肝炎的肝坏死期，IL-6和IL-8水平明显升高，与恢复期比较，差异非常显著(P＜0.01)。HBV-DNA阳性者IL-6和IL-8水平明显高于HBV-DNA阴性者(P＜0.01)。结论说明IL-6和IL-8在介导肝组织内炎症反应及肝细胞损伤机制中发挥重要作用。IL-6和IL-8高水平的存在，可促进肝炎的慢性化和纤维化，加重肝炎的病程。IL-6和IL-8水平与病毒复制有关。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE LEVELS OF IL - 6, IL - 8 AND VIRAL HEPATITIS

Objective To study the relationship between the level of interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8) and viral hepatitis. Methods Enzyme-liked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed in 122 patients with viral hepatitis to determine the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8, which was compared with 30 normal controls(NC). Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with viral hepatitis were obviously higher than NC(P<0.01), especially for severe hepatitis. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 have positive relation to total bilirubin, and in the acute period of acute hepatitis, the active period of chronic hepatitis and the necrosis period of severe hepatitis the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were increased significantly as compared with those in the period of recovering (P<0.01). The levels in patients with HBV-DNA positive were higher than those with HBV-DNA negative (P<0.01). Conclusion IL-6 and IL-8 play an important role in the process of inflammation and injury of liver cell. With the higher levels of IL-6 and IL-8, it may promote chronicity of hepatitis and occurring on hepatocirrhosis, and worsened process of hepatitis. The levels of IL -6 and IL- 8 have relation with the copy of virus.
