摘    要:简介射波刀的发展史,详细介绍射波刀的组成和治疗过程。射波刀由直线加速器、机器人机械臂、治疗床、治疗计划系统、靶区定位影像追踪系统、呼吸追踪系统、计算机网络集成和控制系统组成。在射波刀的使用中,作者概括了一些优势和使用体会。

Abstract:The history of cyberknife, configuration of the cyberknife system and the treatment procedures were introduced. The cyberknife system is composed of a 6-megavolt (MV) LINAC, robot arm with six degree of freedom, target localization system, treatment couch with electronic control, treatment planning system, synchrony respiration tracking system and computer controlling system and intranet. The authors outline the initial experience and some advantages of the cyberknife during their clinical application.
