肿瘤异常蛋白在胃肠肿瘤中的临床价值

目的：探讨肿瘤异常蛋白（TAP）对胃肠肿瘤的诊断及预后评价的临床价值。方法比较97例胃肠肿瘤患者（研究组）和97例健康成人（对照组）的TAP表达情况，并根据有无复发转移与常规肿瘤标志物（cTM）的检出率进行比较。结果研究组的TAP阳性率为47.4%高于对照组的5.2%，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；TAP阳性率亦高于同组的cTM阳性率（35.1%），但差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）；研究组中复发转移患者的TAP阳性率为90.9%，cTM阳性率为63.6%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.004）。结论 TAP检测可以提高胃肠肿瘤诊断的准确率，对胃肠肿瘤转移复发的监测和预后判断也具有一定的临床价值。

The clinical value of tumor abnormal protein in gastrointestinal tumors

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of tumor abnormal protein (TAP) in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastrointestinal tumors. Method We compared the TAP expression level of 97 patients (study group) and 97 healthy adults (control group), and the recurrence, metastasis, and detection rate of common tumor markers (cTM) were analyzed. Result The positive rate of TAP in study group was 47.4%, significantly higher than that of control group at 5.2%(P<0.05), and also higher than that of the cTM in same group at 35.1%, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);Besides, the positive rate of TAP and cTM in patients with recurrence or metastasis were 90.9%and 63.6%, respec-tively, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.004). Conclusion TAP facilitates the diagnosis of gastrointes-tinal tumors, and is a potential predictor for metastasis and recurrence.
