消栓通络胶囊加醋外敷治疗注射性静脉炎的研究

[目的]探讨消栓通络胶囊加米醋治疗注射性静脉炎的疗效。[方法]将119例注射性静脉炎病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用硫酸镁外敷,治疗组采用消栓通络胶囊加醋外敷,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。[结论]消栓通络胶囊加醋外敷治疗注射性静脉炎疗效优于硫酸镁外敷。

A study on Xiaoshuantongluo capsule combined with acetum external applying to treat patients with injection induced phlebitis

Objective: To probe into the curative effect of Xiaoshuantongluo capsule combined with acetum external applying to treat patients with injection induced phlebitis.Method:A total of 119 cases with injection induced phlebitis were divided into control and test group randomly.Patients of control group were given magnesium sulfate solution external applying.Patients of test group were given Xiaoshuantongluo capsule combined with acetum external applying.The curative effects of all cases were observed after 6 days (two courses) of treatment.Result:The curative effect of the test group was remarkably better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Xiaoshuantongluo capsule combined with acetum external applying to treat patients with injection induced phlebitisis better than magnesium sulfate solution external applying.
