| 摘 要： | 目的：研究儿童EBV（Epstein—Barrirus）感染与儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）之间的关系。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（EUSA）测定EBV—VCA—IgM的方法，进行EB病毒感染的检测。结果：ITP患儿中EBV-VCA-IgM阳性率为31．3％。结论：EBV感染与ITP密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) in children. Methods:The method of measuring EBV-CVA-IgM was used to detect the EBV infection by ELISA. Results:The positive rate of EBV-VCA-IgM in children with ITP was 31.3%. Conclusion:EBV infection is closely correlated with ITP. |
