护士长对输液器相关知识了解情况调查分析

目的:了解护士长对输液器相关知识的关注和了解情况。方法:采取便利抽样的方法对来自北京等13个省市,49家医院的60名护士长进行问卷调查。结果:①60名护士长中关注输液器知识的2人(3.3%),58人(96.7%)不关注。②13人(21.7%)从未接触过输液器相关知识,47人(78.3%)接触过相关知识。③获取知识途经:接触过输液器相关知识的47人中,只有1人通过企业介绍和学术讲座两种途径获得(2.1%),其他46人途径单一:企业介绍输液器相关知识者35人(74.5%),阅读专业期刊7人(14.9%),参加学术讲座2人(4.3%),阅读药品说明书2人(4.3%)。④护士长对输液器8项相关知识完全不了解率为65.8%,有所了解率34.2%。⑤三级医院和二级医院护士长比较,对宜使用非PVC输液器药物种类的了解有统计学差异,其他各项无统计学差异。不同学历、不同职称护士长比较各项均无统计学差异。结论:护士长群体对输液器相关知识的关注率低,知晓情况不容乐观。提示相关部门应开展对临床护理人员输液器相关知识的培训,提高其输液器使用的合理性。

Investigation and analysis of awareness level about transfusion sets related knowledge in nurse managers

Objective： To investigate the awareness status about trasfusion sets related knowledge in nurse managers. Methods： Sixty nurse managers from 49 hospitals in 13 province/cities including Beijing were investigated by self designed questionnaire. Results： Among 60 nurse managers, 58（96.7%） never paid attention on transfusion Sets related knowledge; 13（2L7%） never touched this field, 39（65%） knew nothing about the 8 items of transfusion sets related knowledge. Among the 47 nurse managers who had learnt some transfusion related knowledge, only 1 of them got the knowledge through two ways （company people introduction and academic lectures）, The others acquired the knowledge by single way including company people introduction （35 people, 74,5%）, reading periodicals i7 people, 14.9%）, attending academic activities （2 people, 4.25%）; and reading the instructions of transfusion sets （2 people, 4.25%）. After compared the data between the nurse managers from level two and level three hospitals, there was no difference except the knowledge about medication categories which needed non-PVC transfusion sets. Education level and professional title had no influence on the awareness level of tranSfusion Sets related knowledge. Conclusion： Nurse Manager Population has low awareness about the transfusion sets related knowledge, and then future training should be much needed in clinical nurses.
