| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实习护生应对方式和工作倦怠之间的关系。方法对127名本科及大专实习护生进行问卷调查，问卷包含3个部分，分别为一般情况调查表、简易应对方式问卷和马氏工作倦怠量表（Maslach Burnout Inventory，简称MBI）。结果实习护生的工作倦怠发生率为64．6％，以积极应对方式为主的护生占82．7％，其积极应对方式得分与个人成就感程度呈正相关，与去人格化倾向程度呈负相关。结论实习护生是工作倦怠的高发人群，积极的应对方式可以提高护生个人成就感，减轻其去人格化倾向。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between job burnout and coping strategy of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Totally 127 baccalaureate and college nursing students were investigated by the questionnaires of general information,coping strategy and Maslach Burnout Inventory. Results The occurrence of job burnout in nursing students was 64.6 percent, 82.7 percent nursing students took positive coping strategy. Scores of positive coping strategy were positively correlated to personal accomplishment,but were negatively correlated to depersonalization. Conclusion Nursing students are the high-risk groups of job burnout,positive coping strategy can boost students＇ personal accomplishment,and reduce their depersonalization. |
