藻酸双酯钠的降血粘度及扩血管作用

摘    要:本文随机选择缺血性脑血管病33例,男22例,女11例,给藻酸双酯钠片100mg,tid,po;又按相同标准选择同样病例,给桂利嗪片(脑益嗪)25mg,tid,po,进行疗效对照观察。45d后,藻酸双酯钠总有效率为91%,对照组总有效率为70%,治疗组优于对照组,按ridit分析,2组差异不显著;在用藻酸双酯钠45d前后,由血液流变学、血脂、心电图等观察指标,说明藻酸双酯钠具有显著降低血粘度、血脂、扩张血管、增加脑部及冠状动脉血流量的作用。

Abstract:Thirty-three patients(22M,11F) of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were treated at random by polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) 100 mg tid orally and cin-narizine 25 mg in the same way as control. Following 45 d of treatment 30 patients (91%)receiving PSS showed beneficial effects. Rheological examinations (blood viscosity, HCT, ESR), blood lipids (TC.TG), ECG, EEG, revealed 11 out 14 items showed significant improvements (P<0.01).It is suggested that PSS is a valuable agent to prevent cardiovascular accidents.
