骨立对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症骨生物力学影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨骨立对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症股骨及椎体生物力学性能的影响。方法:将72只3月龄雌性大鼠按体重随机分成假手术组(Sham组)、造模组(Model组)、骨立高剂量组(H-GL组)、骨立中剂量组(M-GL组)、骨立低剂量组(L-GL组)和己烯雌酚阳性对照组(DES组),每组12只,假手术组仅切除卵巢附近一团脂肪,其余组均切除双侧卵巢。术后按不同要求灌胃给药,连续灌药12周后处死大鼠,对各组大鼠第3腰椎及左侧股骨行生物力学性能检测,统计分析各组数据。结果:骨立各组能明显提高去势大鼠股骨及椎体的生物力学性能。结论:骨立能保持去势大鼠适度的骨转换,减少骨质丢失,减缓骨质量的降低速度。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Gu Li(GL) on osteoporosis(OP) in ovariectomized rats by doing biochemical index of the femur and the vertebrae body.Methods:Seventy-two female SD rats were divided into 6 groups:sham operation(Sham),ovary resection (Model),High Gu Li(H-GL),Middle Gu Li(M-GL),Low Gu Li(L-GL) and Diethylstilestrol(DES).A piece of fat was cut in Sham and the uterus were cut in other groups.Each group were fed according to various demands after operation.Next step was to compare with the results of each group after 12 weeks.The results include the biochemical index of the left femur and the third vertebrae body.Results:GL could improve the biochemical quality of ovarietomized rats highly.Conclusions:GL could correct the high bone turnover and could reduce the loses of bone mass,slow down the bonequality desent.
