| 摘 要： | 对156例70岁以上良性前列腺增生患者，在骶管或硬膜外麻醉下，应用绿激光治疗系统以80w功率进行汽化治疗，观察术前、术后尿流率、剩余尿、国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）及生存质量评分（QOL）等指标的变化。术后1、12、24、36个月随访，患者最大尿流率明显改善，剩余尿减少，IPSS及QOL与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。说明绿激光选择性前列腺汽化术安全、可行，对于高危、高龄良性前列腺增生患者导致的膀胱出口梗阻症状的改善安全、有效，远期疗效亦较好。

| Abstract: | A total of 156 elderly patients (aged ≥ 70 years) with symptomatic bladder outlet obstruction as a result of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) underwent trmsurethral photoselective vaporization (PVP). Pre- or post-operative urine flow rate, residual urine volume level, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), and quality of life (QOL) score were recorded. Our data showed that maximum urine flow rate and residual urine volume were improved at 1, 12, 24, and 36 months following the treatment. There was statistically significant difference in IPSS and QOL when the intervention was considered (P < 0. 05). PVP might be a treatment of choice for high-risk elderly patients with obstructive BPH. |
