| Abstract: | Summary We compared, in a double blind, randomized, 3-center study, a pulse of 1000 mg methylprednisolone with a pulse of 250 mg methylprednisolone, in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis. Improvement of patients was similar in both groups and lasted up to 3 weeks. Side effects were minor. |
