| 摘 要： | 目的：总结创伤性多根肋骨骨折的救治经验，进一步提高临床治愈率，降低死亡率并防止并发症的发生，方法：对327例创伤性多根肋骨骨折患者的诊断，治疗及疗效进行分析。结果：327例患者中321例治愈，死亡6例（1．83％），97例复合伤患者中误诊9例（9．83％），结论：创伤性多根肋骨骨折患者病情多较严重，故在诊断及治疗时应仔细，全面，及时，果断。

Treatment of traumatic fracture of multiple ribs(report of 327 cases) |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the treatment of traumatic fracture o f multiple ribs,enhance the rate of clinical cure,reduce the mortality and av oid complication.Methods:The diagnosis,treatment methods and results of 327 patients with traumatic fracture of multiple ribs were analy zed.Results:Of 327 patients,321 were cured,6 dead(mortality 1.83 %).Among 97 patients with complex trauma,9 cases(9.83%)were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:The general condition of most patients with traumatic frac ture of multiple ribs were severe. Early,careful and correct diagnosis and tr eatment are necessary. |
