| 摘 要： | ３ 例胃、结、直肠术后病人应用鼻肠管实施早期肠内营养支持。在对病人进行整体护理过程中，针对病人留置有鼻肠管，列出护理诊断，确定护理目标，制定护理措施，将护理程序应用于肠内营养病人鼻肠管的护理。结果：２７ 例完成肠内营养计划，对鼻肠管耐受性好，无并发症发生。认为将护理程序贯穿于肠内营养病人的整体护理全过程，能够使鼻肠管的护理更具科学性、预见性和条理性，从而提高工作效率，改善护理质量。

| Abstract: | Thirty-three patients with gastric or colorectal operation received early enteral nutrition support by employment of nasoenteric feeding tube (flocare).During the process of holistic care,nursing process was applied to the patients intubated nasoenteral tube,by identifying nursing diagnosis and determining nursing goals and interventions.Result:Twenty-seven cases carried out the nutrition plan,well endureed feeding tube and no complication was observed.It is considered that nursing of feeding tube can be more scientific,predictive and orderly with promoted efficiency and improved nursing quality when nursing process is carried through the holistic care of patients received enteral nutrition support. |
