一起流行性感冒疫情相关病原学调查

目的检测流行性感冒疫情相关病原,为呼吸道感染性疾病爆发疫情中病原体的确定提供实验依据.方法采用PCR、免疫荧光及混合细胞培养法,对类似肺炎的呼吸道感染爆发疫情中的患标本进行多种常见呼吸道病原体检测.结果8名患的含漱液中检出6株肺炎支原体及2株甲3型流感病毒;血清IgM抗体检测,3份肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性、5份甲型流感IgM抗体阳性.结论呼吸道感染性疾病,可能由多病原体引起,在进行病原学分析时应尽可能进行分类检测,以求证病原体的检验证据,为疾病诊治提供依据.

Investigation of pathogens associated with an infection of epidemic influenza

Objective To detect the pathogen associated with an infection of epidemic influenza and provide experimental basis for determination of pathogens in outbreaks of respiratory tract infection. Methods The methods of PCR,immunofluorescence and omnibuse cells culture were used for determinmation of several common pathogens in the samples collected during outbreaks of respiratory tract infection similar to pneumonia. Results Six strains of Mycoplasma pneumonia and 2 strains of influenza A virus (H3N2) were detected from 8 samples. Three samples were IgM antibody positive for Mycoplasma pneumonia and 5 IgM antibody positive for influenza A. Conclusion The respiratory tract infections might result from a number of pathogens,differentiating determination be carried out for ascertaining the pathogens in order to provide basis for adopting control measures.
