| 摘 要： | 目的:寻求保守治疗咬肌肥大的有效方法。方法:采用A型肉毒素(botulinum toxin type-A,BTX-A)对25例咬肌肥大的患者进行治疗,每一侧注射剂量为50U。结果:25例治疗均有效,其中4例出现不对称,经过追加调整剂量后,效果满意,25例均无并发症。结论:A型肉毒素治疗咬肌肥大是一种安全有效的保守方法,远期疗效尚需进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore an expectant treatment of hypertrophied masseter.Method: Injecting the botulinum toxin type A into the hypertrophied masseter of 25 cases patients,50 U dosage was injected in per-side.Results:The results show that it was valid for the patients with masseter hypertrophy with the treatment of 50 U botulinus toxin A,but 4 patients displayed no asymmetry hypertrophy of masseter still,however,by the adjusting of the dosage of BTX-A further,it appears that this treatment was effective and did not induce any adverse reaction in the patients.Conclusion:Botulinum toxin type-A injection is a safety,effective and conservation method for hypertrophy of masseter.Long time results should be viewed for a following up of a longer time. |
