大黄橐吾的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究民间草药大黄橐吾根及根茎的化学成分,为其资源开发提供科学依据。方法:运用色谱法、结晶法等手段分离,通过理化常数及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:鉴定6个化合物分别为咖啡酸(Ⅰ),二十二烷基-反式-咖啡酸酯[(E)-docosyl-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate,Ⅱ],二十二烷基-反式-阿魏酸酯[(E)-docosyl-3-methoxy-4-hy-droxyferulate,Ⅲ],β-香树脂酮(-βamyrone,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:以上6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ,Ⅳ为首次从橐吾属内分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in roots and rhizomes of ligularia duciforms. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography, the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULT: Six compounds were isolated and identified as caffeic acid (I), (E)-docosyl-3, 4-dihydroxycinnamate (II), (E)-docosyl 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyferulate (III, beta-amyrone (IV), beta-sitosterol (V), and daucosterol (VI). CONCLUSION: All the compound were isolated for the first time from the plant, and the compound II and IV were isolated firstly from the genus Ligularia.
