益胃生津方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察益胃生津方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组36例维酶素片,1g/次,3次/d;吗丁啉,20mg/次,3次/d;法莫替丁,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组36例益胃生津方(黄芪、丹参、蒲公英各30g,白芍、莱菔子各20g,麦冬、当归各15g,乌梅,半夏、枳壳各10g,黄连6g,炙甘草5g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈11例,显效15例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率88.89%。对照组痊愈5例,显效8例,有效10例,无效13例,总有效率63.89%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]益胃生津方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。
