散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜术后随机平行对照研究

目的]观察散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位囊腹腔镜术后疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组22例孕三烯酮,2.5mg/次,2次/7d,术后月经第1d开始口服。治疗组26例散结镇痛胶囊,1.6g/次,3次/d,术后月经第1d开始口服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、子宫内膜异位囊肿、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效15例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率92.31%。对照组显效12例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率86.36%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位囊腹腔镜术后效果显著,值得推广。
