益气活血汤联合西医治疗缺血中风随机平行对照研究

目的]观察益气活血汤联合西医治疗缺血中风疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组24例常规降颅压、抗血小板聚集、抗凝、维持水电解质平衡等。治疗组24例益气活血汤(水蛭3g,地龙、川芎、甘草炙各10g,红花、桃仁各12g,黄芪、丹参、鸡血藤各15g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服,吞咽困难可鼻饲给药。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、语言、肢体功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈13例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率91.67%。对照组痊愈7例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]益气活血汤联合西医治疗缺血中风效果显著,值得推广。

The control group recovered seven cases, 9 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 66.67% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Yiqi combined Western medicine treatment of ischemic stroke, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
