推拿点穴联合肩痹汤熏洗治疗肩周炎48例临床观察

目的]观察推拿点穴联合肩痹汤熏洗治疗肩周炎疗效。方法]对48例门诊患者①推拿及点穴,a.手法:患者取坐卧位,术者在患侧三角肌部位上作滚法3~5min,仰卧位在肩前穴作一指禅推法3~5min,用弹筋拨络手法重复3~5次,然后用掌心揉按肩前和后外侧2~3min;活动肩关节:将患肢被动上举、外展、旋外、内收、后伸、旋内,力量由轻到重,活动范围由小到大5~6遍,每次活动至最大幅度时持续1min左右;最后双手握其腕部作牵引抖动3~5次,结束治疗;b.点穴,取穴:肩髃、肩外俞、巨骨、臑俞、曲池、天宗等,并选痛点为阿是穴,点揉结合,每穴30s。②肩痹汤熏洗(防风、羌活各15g,桂枝12g,鸡血藤15g,川木瓜10g,制川乌、伸筋草各15g,路路通、桃仁各12g,红花10g,地龙15g),取上药1剂,2次/d,煎水熏洗肩关节,温度以患者感觉舒适为宜。连续治疗33d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]痊愈9例,显效28例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率91.67%。结论]推拿点穴联合肩痹汤熏洗治疗肩周炎效果显著,值得推广。
