家庭支持系统预防脑卒中康复期患者出院后跌倒有效性研究

目的探讨预防脑卒中康复期患者出院后跌倒的方法。方法将82例脑卒中康复期患者分为观察组42例和对照组40例。对照组按常规予出院指导、防跌倒告知及出院后访视;观察组根据功能独立性评定（FIM）结果,对患者的家庭照顾者进行家庭环境改造指导、制定防跌倒健康教育处方并实施强化康复训练指导、建立QQ群等干预。结果出院6个月内观察组跌倒率显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）,出院6个月观察组FIM评分及生活满意度评分显著高于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论家庭支持系统有利于提高脑卒中康复期患者出院后的日常生活活动能力,能预防和减少出院后跌倒的发生。

Effectiveness of family support system on preventing falls in convalescent stroke patients after discharged to home

Objective To explore methods for prevention of falls in convalescent stroke patients after discharged to home. Methods A total of 82 convalescent stroke patients were divided into a control group of 40 and an observation group of 42. The control group was given conventional discharge instructions, fall prevention education, and home visits. The observation group received interventions formulated according to the Functional Independence Measure （FIM） scores： family members were instructed to how to rebuild family environment and perform rehabilitation training; education materials for fall prevention were provided; and QQ（Tencent Inc） was used for communication with the family members. Results The incidence of falls was significantly lower, whereas the FIM score and life satisfaction were significantly higher, in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Family support system can improve activities of daily living in convalescent stroke patients after discharged to home, and prevent falls.
