中药汤剂/散剂联合标准三联法治疗慢性浅表性/萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证应用中药汤剂/散剂联合"标准三联疗法"治疗慢性浅表性/萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例HP阳性门诊患者按中央随机方法分为4组,16例/组,均用西药抗HP三联疗法10天。A组标准三联疗法;B组中药散剂2周;C组中药汤剂辨证,1剂/d,水煎400~450mL,早晚分服4周;D组中药汤剂辨证1剂/d,水煎400~450mL,早晚分服2周。观测临床症状、生化指标、幽门螺杆菌、PRO量表评分、不良反应。随访1年,观测HP。[结果]根除率A组75.00%,B组100%,C组93.75%,D组93.33%。中药汤剂/散剂联合"标准三联疗法"疗效优于单纯"标准三联疗法"(P0.05)。[结论]中药汤剂/散剂联合"标准三联疗法"治疗慢性浅表性/萎缩性胃炎优于单纯"标准三联疗法",疗效满意,无副作用。应用中药4周或2周联合"标准三联疗法"无差别,中药汤剂或散剂联合"标准三联疗法"无差别;中药汤剂或散剂联合"标准三联疗法"延长治疗时间,影响患者依从性。

Decoction of Chinese medicine / Powder Combined with Standard Triple Therapy for Chronic Superficial Gastritis Andatrophic Gastritis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study Design

[ Objective ] To observe the differentiation and herbal decoction / powder combined with ＂standard triple therapy＂ in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlledmethods, 64 cases of HP positive patients according to the random method, divided into 4 groups, 16 cases / group, with Western Medicine Anti HP triple therapy for 10 days. A group of standard triple therapy for 2 weeks in the B group ; Chinese herbal medicine ; group C Decoction of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 400 - 450mL, sooner or later the service for 4 weeks ; group D Decoction of Chinese medicinesyndrome differentiation and 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 400 450mL, sooner or later the service for 2 weeks. Observation of clinical symptoms, biochemical indexes, Helicobacter pylori, PRO scale score, adverse reaction. During a follow-up of 1 years, HP observed. [ Results ] The eradication rate of A group 75%, B group 100%, Cgroup 93.75%, D group 93.33%. Decoction of Chinese medicine / powder combined with ＂standard triple therapy is more effective than simple standard triple therapy＂ （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The decoction of Chinese medicine/powder combined with ＂standard triple therapy＂ in treating chronic superficial / atrophic gastritis is better than the ＂standard triple therapy＂, satisfied with the effect, no side effect. The application of traditional Chinese medicine 4weeks or 2 weeks combined with ＂standard triple therapy＂ indifference, traditional Chinese medicine decoction orpowder combined with ＂standard triple therapy＂ indifference; traditional Chinese medicine decoction or powder combined with ＂standard triple therapy＂ prolong treatment time, patient compliance.
