炉甘石洗剂联合双料喉风散治疗肛门湿疹随机平行对照研究

目的]观察炉甘石洗剂联合双料喉风散治疗肛门湿疹疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组25例派瑞松霜,5g/次,2次/d。治疗组25例炉甘石洗剂合双料喉风散,涂抹患处,2~3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肛门湿疹、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈21例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈12例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]炉甘石洗剂联合双料喉风散治疗肛门湿疹效果显著,值得推广。
