方药、针灸及护理干预中风随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察方药、针灸及护理干预中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组38例常规护理。治疗组38例病发48小时后中医护理与治疗:①方药,半身不遂软瘫期补阳还五汤,益气活血通络;硬瘫期四物汤合天麻钩藤饮,养血平肝熄风活络;②针灸,中经络:内关、水沟、三阴交、极泉、尺泽、委中;中脏腑:内关、水沟;下肢瘫软加隐白、肩关节不能活动加针对侧"中平负";腿不能提起刺"提腿负";颈部无力针"筋缩",针刺以出现酸痛胀麻等为宜;留针30min,1次/d;③预防褥疮、呼吸道感染等并发症,勤翻身,多按摩易发褥疮的部位,勤换洗床褥,勤擦拭身体,注意营养搭配,保持室内的空气流通,保持个人卫生,不与他人共用毛巾;常规护理同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈10例,显效19例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率94.74%。对照组临床痊愈4例,显效9例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率68.42%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]方药、针灸及护理干预中风效果显著,值得推广。
