摘    要:目的分析某三级甲等综合医院近3年护士缺岗原因,为进一步科学实施岗位管理提供依据。方法总结2010-2012年护士缺岗原因,将不同年龄、工龄、职称、职务护士的缺岗原因进行统计分析。结果因各种原因缺岗相当于年均缺少56.8名护士工作,其中产假缺岗占53.3%;年龄段为26~30岁、工龄在4~8年的护士缺岗天数比例最大,分别占68.1%和62.8%。结论医院管理者应重视护士的隐性流失,拟定解决对策,以保障护理质量,提供满意服务。

Abstract:Objective To analyze causes of nurse absence in a tertiary hospital in recent three years, and to provide information for scientifical post management. Methods We collected the data about nurse absence in 2010 to 2012, and analyzed reasons of absence for subgroups of nurses with regard to age, years of working experience, professional titles, and post duties. Results The average annual absence was equivalent to 56.8 full-time staff, and the most common reason for absence was maternity leave, accounting for 53.3%. Nurses aged 26 to 30 years, and worked for 4 to 6 years were more likely to be absent, with the percentages being 68.1% and 62.8% respectively. Conclusion Hospital managers should pay attention to nurse absence, and formulate solutions to ensure quality care.
